blind skwirl....nuts??

I like the team setup...alot. Here's the killer (sorry Echo): We open up on the 17 and 18 of April with the yutes. Babe and I leave for vacation on the 22nd and I DON'T get to hunt the first 2 full weekends

Let's hope theres a biggun that'll wait for us.

No worry DN.

I know you will hold up your end.

Ain't no guarantees on my end. I have lost a lot of my prime ground
to hunt, so if I can just manage to get one on the board this year
I will be happy.

Later,
Echo

I can't complain about my draw. I'd be pretty concerned from the northern contigent if turkeys were banded. But since they aren't our odds are as good as anyone's :)

Years ago, my dad had a banded one in but couldn't get a shot at it. Ended up with a fine gobbler outta the bunch , but any time we got a banded duck he'd tell us about that turkey he didn't get.

They band hummingbirds too and I haven't killed one of those either! Thanks for the confidence....partner!
Good thing I'm getting more mature and calm as I age or I would have taken that wrong. I have family in Pike county............... mooning-dance.gif

Drew ,
I have been kind of following your delima remotely and just so I have a clear minds eye....

Are you going with your Normal Tactical approach ? or maybe ..Now Keep in Mind,
I just heard the Big Boys talking ..
You could try this new fangled Stealth Method..
It's where ya look like a bush and sound like a turkey..
Echo says you got the "sounding" like a turkey ..part.. down pat .. but he is always grinning way to big when he talks about it for me to really grasp his meaning.

Well any Good luck is lots better than bad Luck .
I am sure between Grizz and Echo they will be happy to assist.

ps. Just a word of advice Boys.. Never .. I repeat Never Pizz off a guy with a fanny pack and shorts!

Thanks for the advice DP and offer Grizz. I'll pass on the hat. If our flood waters don't start falling fast, me
and D may be hunting the long beards out of the duck boat! Just got back from a road trip to Minneapolis and
the river was up to the shoulder of the road between here and the next two towns. The "new" spot we plan on
hunting is entirely flooded. We're hoping for sun and wind between now and May. Lots of both.

Drew
